The Website app connects to Reserve, Allvio’s reservation app. Reserve takes bookings for tables, chairs and rooms, which covers a restaurant’s tables as well as a salon’s chairs or a studio’s rooms. Online Ordering gives you your own ordering page and table QR codes, with no commission on orders. The Website app connects to it, so customers can order from your site and the order goes into the same system as your in-store sales. You can see Online Ordering live.
Everything in Allvio runs on a shared database. Someone who orders or books on your website goes into the same customer records as someone who paid at the till. Contacts is the shared address book across every app, so you are not matching names up between separate tools.
