Introduce a business. We take it from there.

You already know the owners who are about to open, about to switch, or about to give up on the four systems they are running. Send them your link. We handle the demo, the sale, the setup and the support, and you earn a share of what they pay us for their first year.

Three steps, and only the first one is yours.

You share your link

We give you a unique sign up URL. Put it in an email, on your website, or in front of an owner on your phone. Anyone who signs up through it is yours, with no forms to fill in and nothing to register first.

We do the work

We qualify, demonstrate, price, contract, migrate their data, train their staff and support them from then on. You are not asked to answer a single product question.

You get paid

Half once they have paid their third invoice, the balance at the end of month twelve. Paid on what we actually collect, with a monthly statement so you can see it coming.

What it pays.

Your rate is set by how many of your referred businesses have gone live in the last twelve months. Your first three earn 10%, your fourth to ninth earn 15%, and your tenth onwards earn 20%. The rate is locked in when a business goes live and applies for its whole first year.

TierYour count in a rolling yearCommissionYou earn per customer
Referral Partner1st to 3rd10%$480
Preferred Partner4th to 9th15%$720
Strategic Partner10th onwards20%$960

Figures shown for a single site on the full package at $400 per month, excluding GST. Commission is quoted excluding GST and we add GST if you are registered. A business counts once it is live and has paid two invoices. A multi site group earns commission on every site and counts as one toward your rate.

$960

Top rate on a single site, with nothing to install and nothing to support.

Over three years

What a founding partner earns.

6$5,760$4,320$14,400
10$9,600$9,600$28,800

Illustrative only, excluding GST, calculated at 20% in year one and the applicable rate afterwards with the 15% floor applied. Actual earnings depend on what each customer subscribes to and pays.

Who this tends to suit.

It is the same pattern in every industry we serve, from cafes and pubs to salons, shops, trades and practices. If you are already talking to the owner before they choose their systems, or while they are complaining about the ones they have, this works for you.

Suppliers of consumables and materials

You are in front of the owner every week and you already know how their business runs. Coffee roasters and beverage suppliers, food and produce distributors, salon and barber product wholesalers, retail stock and packaging suppliers, trade and building merchants, cleaning and hygiene suppliers.

Advisers and industry bodies

You see the mess in their numbers before anyone else does. Accountants and bookkeepers, business and management advisers, franchise consultants, marketing and operations consultants, industry associations and buying groups.

Fitout, equipment and IT

You are there before the doors open, when nothing has been chosen yet. Shopfitters and designers, signage and joinery, commercial equipment suppliers, POS hardware and network installers, managed IT and telco providers.

Brokers, agents and finance

You are there when a business changes hands, which is when systems change too. Business brokers, commercial leasing and real estate agents, equipment and asset finance brokers, merchant service and payments agents, insurance brokers.

Not on this list and still think it fits? Tell us how you reach owners and we will give you a straight answer.

The terms, in plain English.

  • Use your link and the customer is yours. If a business you introduced signs up without it, tell us within 60 days and we will attribute it to you.
  • A business counts once it is live and has paid two invoices in full.
  • Commission is paid on subscription revenue we actually collect. Hardware, freight and payment processing are excluded.
  • All rates are exclusive of GST. If you are registered for GST we pay the commission plus GST.
  • Your rate is locked in when a business goes live and holds for its whole first year. Reaching a higher rate lifts your next referral, not the ones already counted.
  • A drop in rate only ever applies to your next referral. It never reduces commission already earned.
  • If a customer cancels or charges back inside their first year, unpaid instalments lapse.
  • You will need an ABN. We issue the tax invoice for you under a recipient created tax invoice arrangement, so there is nothing for you to raise each month.
  • There is no exclusivity, no target you have to hit, and no cost to join.

The full terms are set out in the Allvio Partner Referral Agreement, which we send with your application.
