This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you can and cannot do when using allvio and our website. It applies to all users — individuals, business owners, and anyone who accesses our platform, website, or equipment on your behalf. By using allvio, you agree to this policy.
1. Why This Policy Exists
allvio is a platform shared by many businesses. What one customer does on the platform can affect the experience, security, and data of others. This policy sets out the rules that keep the platform safe, legal, and reliable for everyone.

4. Responsible Use
Beyond the specific rules above, we expect all users to use allvio honestly, fairly, and with respect for other businesses using the platform. This means:
- keeping your account information accurate and up to date;
- using the platform in a way that is consistent with its purpose as a business management tool;
- not exploiting bugs or errors in the platform for your own advantage;

5. Data and Privacy
When you use allvio to collect, store, or process personal information about your customers, staff, or others, you are responsible for complying with your own obligations under Australian privacy law. This includes:
- having a lawful basis for collecting and using that personal information;
- only collecting personal information that is reasonably necessary for your business purposes;
- keeping that information secure and not sharing it inappropriately;
- responding to any access or correction requests from the individuals concerned.
Allvio provides the tools, but you remain the responsible party for how you use those tools to handle other people's data. Our Privacy Policy at allvio.com.au/privacy explains how we handle your data.
6. What Happens If You Breach This Policy
If we believe you have breached this policy, we may take one or more of the following steps, depending on the seriousness of the breach:
- issue a warning and ask you to stop the activity;
- temporarily suspend your access to the platform;
- permanently close your account;
- remove or restrict content that breaches this policy;
- report the activity to relevant authorities, including law enforcement, where we are required or permitted to do so.
For serious breaches — particularly those involving illegal activity, fraud, security threats, or risk to other customers — we may suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice.
Closing your account for a breach of this policy does not release you from any financial obligations you have with us, including outstanding subscription fees, hardware instalments, or minimum-term service commitments.
7. Reporting a Breach
If you become aware of any activity on the platform that appears to breach this policy, or if you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us as soon as possible at:
- Email: support@allvio.com.au
- Subject line: "Policy Breach" or "Security Issue" as appropriate
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will not take action against people who report issues in good faith.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will notify you by email and post the updated policy at allvio.com.au/acceptable-use-policy. If you continue to use the platform after the updated policy takes effect, you are taken to have accepted the changes.
