Allvio Analytics puts sales, cash flow and KPIs from all your Allvio apps into one set of reports.
The apps run on one shared database, so a number in Analytics is the same number you would find in POS or Finance.
Most small businesses hit a reporting problem long before they have a finance team. The till has its own sales report, the accounting package has another, and a spreadsheet sits in the middle trying to make them agree. The person who sorts it out is usually the owner, and it is usually on a Sunday night.
Analytics skips that step. It reports from the records your apps already share, so sales, cash flow and KPIs sit in one place and you read them there.
Sales come from wherever they happened. A sale rung up in POS, an order placed on your ordering page and a booking taken in Reserve all post to the same books, and Analytics reports on them together.
POS keeps trading if your internet drops and posts every sale to your books once it reconnects, so a bad connection on a Friday night does not leave a gap in the week’s figures.
Cash flow reporting draws on Allvio Finance, where invoices, expenses, GST and BAS are sorted as you go. Analytics reads from that same ledger, so what you see is where your books actually stand and not a second set of figures built to approximate them.
KPIs appear in the same place as the dollar figures and come from the same apps. You can check how the business is going without opening each app in turn.
Allvio’s apps were built as one system on a shared database. Customers, staff, products and takings are the same everywhere you look. A sale is recorded once, so there is no second copy to reconcile and nothing to export before you can report on it.
Because there is one record behind each sale, the report has nothing to be reconciled against.
Analytics is one of Allvio’s twelve apps. You can take all twelve with Allvio Complete, or switch on only the ones you use with Build your own. Both start with one month free and no card required, and the details are on the pricing page.
